Walter Cox Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Cox of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Walter Cox to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Cox and Ruth Cox; his wife Brenda Cox; his brothers, Sonny Cox and Donald Cox; and his son Wayne Cox.
He is survived by: his son Randy Cox (Laura) of Laurel; his daughter-in-law Dawn Cox of Mardela; and his daughters, Julia Flagg (Kerry) of Hebron and Christie Newnam of Hebron. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Delmarva Evangelistic Church (407 Gordy Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Dove Pointe 1225 Mt. Hermon Road Salisbury MD.
