She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hackney and Rosalee Ellis Hackney; and her brothers, Andrew Ellis and Louis Ellis. She is survived by: her daughter Denine Y. Jones; her grandchildren, Phalon Jones, Shamia Jones, Juwan Palmer and Tori Palmer; her great grandchildren, Sophia Jones, Braylen Palmer and Janiya Palmer; her sister-in-law Crystal Ellis; her nephew Andrew Ellis, Jr.; her godson Kambreh Jones; and her pet Mercedes. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
