He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Corbin and Nettie Taylor Corbin; his wife Iris Jean; and his siblings, Mervin, Linwood, Franklin, Frances, John Edward, Lillie Mae Johnson, Ernest "June", Blanche, Margaret "Maggie", Lewis, Thomas, Alexander and Otho.
He is survived by: his sister Jeralene Deal of Salisbury, Maryland; his son Kenny Thompson (Jamie) of Salisbury, Maryland; his grandson J. R.; his niece Katie Smith; and his nephew Darrell Corbin. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
