She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Gil Evans of Mt Vernon; her children, Kristal Niblett [Jason Stewart] of Marydel and Brian [Carrie] Malone of Ocean View; her grandchildren, Kiley Niblett, Shawn Stewart, Scott, Joe, Katherine Malone and Declan Donoway; her father Bobby Allen Sr.; her siblings, Bobby Allen Jr., Carolyn (Boyce), Barbara [Darryl] Webster of Mt Vernon and Tammy Allen of Salisbury; her mother Nancy Welch Allen; her sister Julia Tolley; and her grandparents, George "Leo" and Velma Welch. She was also cherished by family members and dear friends.
