He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Evans (Carter) and John Evans. He is survived by: his wife Karen of Mardela Springs, MD; his children, Madelyn, Lisa (Matthew), Lilian, Mark and Tommy Jr.; his godchildren, James and Jennifer; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Bryce and Delaynie. He is also survived by five siblings; several step-siblings and many, many nieces and nephews.
