Waters (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Heyward; her aunt Claudia; her brother Dwayne Heyward; her brother-in-law Travis A. West; and her nephew Montez Heyward.
She is survived by: her mother Thelma Heyward; her husband Oliver Waters, Jr.; her daughter Olivia Waters; her siblings, Clay Heyward, Roslyn Heyward, Pamela West and Tamela Heyward; her parents-in-law, Oliver Waters, Sr. and Lavater Waters; her sister-in-law LaVerne Cray (Anthony); her aunts, Celestine Stokes and Ritha Porter; her cousin Samual Jones, Jr.; and her godchild Destani Bizune. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and extended family.
