He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Douglas Foxwell, Sr. and Neoma Frances Hastings Foxwell; and his granddaughters, Faith and Sarah Foxwell "Haleybug" (Barbara Cromwell Lohsen). He is survived by: his significant other Gary Niblett; his children, Thomas Douglas Foxwell, III and Tracey D. Powell (Richard); his grandchildren, Jack Powell (Jordi), April Blackwell (Grant), Logan Foxwell and Emma Foxwell; and his great grandchildren, Theodore and William Powell. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bounds Funeral Home (705 E Main St, Salisbury, MD 21804). The military honors was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
