He is survived by: his parents, Weldon Esham and Elva Porter Esham; his wife Claire Esham; his children, Nicole Shell (Ricky), Amy Stevenson, Wayne Figgs (Kathy) of Laurel, DE, Eddie Stevenson of Laurel, DE and Gil Stevenson (Connie) of Laurel, DE; his grandchildren, Candice Morris (Jacob), Angel Justice (Jason), Dawn Hyson (Danie) and Gil Stevenson, Jr. (Ashley); his brother-in-law Barry Figgs; and his nephew Tom Esham (Christina).
