She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert and Ruth Fleming. She is survived by: her stepmother Debbie Herbert; her sons, Ronnie Johnston and Mikey Cole; her grandchildren, Truthy, Lilah and Panda; and her siblings, Paul Herbert, Kirk Herbert, Chris Fleming, Stacey Nevitt (Dan) and Ashley Taylor (Clint).
