It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia L. Harper of Salisbury, Maryland, who passed away on July 28, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Brown and Mable Brown; her daughter Carla Green; and her brother Wallace Brown, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Robert Lee Harper; her daughter Stephanie Green; her stepchildren, Sarah Taylor, Robert L. Taylor, Orlando Harper, Victor Harper and Christopher Harper; her sisters, Catherine Crosby, Martha Ringgold (Wayne) and Mable Purnell (David); her nephews, James Lawrence, Terrance Lawrence and Keith Brown; and her grandchildren, Destiny Purnell and Morgan Green. She is also survived by other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one-great-great grandchild, several nieces, other nephews, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
