He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Blake; and his daughter Cheryl A. Gaile. He is survived by: his wife Billie D. Blake; his daughter Ruby Blake; his sisters, Ella Mae Blake and Elsie Deneal (Anthony); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Haynes (Adam) and Carolyn Opher; his grandchild Kourtnee Gaile; and his niece Melodie A. Gaile. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
