He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Floyd Mills and Lorraine Darby Mills Yates; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Yates and Terri Elaine Mills. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Mills; his sons, Stevie, Billy and Scott Mills; his stepchildren, Ricky Michael, Ernest Michael and Andrea Michael; and his siblings, Robbie Yates, Debbie Davis and Cheryl Yates Arron. He is also survived by several grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
