He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen and John S. Crockett, Sr.; and his brother John S. Crockett, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Crockett; his son Derek Crockett of Charlotte, NC; his sister Charlene Christy (Jim) of Harwood, MD; his sister-in-law Dianne Crockett; and his granddaughter Taylor Crockett. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 2 nieces, 4 great nephews, 4 great nieces, 2 great-great nephews and 2 great-great nieces.
