It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stefon Hagans (Salisbury, Maryland), who passed away on December 14, 2019, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Moore (Roger) of Salisbury, MD and Jackie Hagan (Lisa) of Selbyville, DE.; his children, Amiyah Helms-Hagans of Salisbury, MD, Karsyn Palmer of Salisbury, MD and Kali Hagans of Salisbury, MD; his grandparents, Patsy Dale of Salisbury, MD, Winfred Pettit (Catherine) of Parksley, VA and Marge Hagans; his siblings, Donte Dale, Patrick Butler, Jackie Johnson, Arionna Land and Janasia Satchell; and his stepsister Tiffany Moore. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles and a host of nieces and nephews.
