She was predeceased by: her parents, Herschel G. Cyphers and Maude Cyphers; her husband James C. "Jim" Manning; her siblings, Bobby Banks (Ann), Mora "Corky" Lecorchick (Ed) and Linda Jeffers; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Lecorchick and Dick O'Neil.
She is survived by: her daughter Lucy Webster (Gary); her grandchildren, Shirl (Rudy), Hancock and Lemon (Makayla); her son Michael Manning (Gail); her grandchildren, Melissa Manning, Ashely Manning (Lilianna), Taylor Manning and Michael Manning; her son Richard "Chappy" Manning (Rosa); her grandchildren, Ambar Hill (Zack), Joseph (Shannon), Chad (Savannah), Jaxxon, Reece, Kelvin (Skylar) and Beltran; her son David Manning (Christy); her grandchildren, Staab, David Manning, Jr., Jessica Debic (Stefan), Rebecca Manning, Dale Manning and Tyler Manning; her great grandchildren, David and Cyrus Manning Parkinson; her sisters, Patricia Beckner (Paul) and Sandra O'Neil; and her niece Katherine "Nokey" Reed.
