She was predeceased by: her parents, Flavins Atwood Adkins and Bertha Adkins; and her siblings, Mildred Rickards, Phyllis Turner, Beverly Gordy, Richard Adkins and Charles Adkins.
She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Silvia, Sr.; her children, Nancy Silvia Hearn (Robert) of Novi, MI and Charles B. Silvia Jr. (Pamela) of Salisbury, MD; her grandsons, Brian Hearn, Craig Hearn and Steven Silvia; her great grandchildren, Lockland Hearn, Wyatt Hearn, Dominic Hearn and Declan Hearn; her granddaughters, Kirstie Silvia and Lindsay Silvia; and also Along.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Coastal Hospice or Asbury United Methodist Church.
