She is survived by: her daughters, Mae Von Bateman of Delmar, MD, Electra Carter Pierre (Remi) of Salisbury, MD, Shirley Boone of Delmar, MD, Myrtle Peters-Johnson of Germantown, MD and Carolyn Smullen of Winterville, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
