He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Duncan and Dorothy Deal Duncan. He is survived by: his children, Rayshund Drummond, Samuel C. Russ and Lakia Predeoux (Lorenzo); and his sisters, Dorothy Winder and Ethel C. Bailey. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
