He is survived by: his children, Kimberly "Kim" Mitchell Blake of Dagsboro, DE, Kevin Burton Mitchell of Newark, NJ, Keith Ralph Mitchell of Las Vegas, NV and Kelly Mitchell Brittingham of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, Holly Weaver Jones (Jon), Kayla Blake Syphard (Rob), Paige Mitchell, Connor O'Malley and Kennedy O'Malley; his great grandchildren, Haley Jones and Justin Jones; his brother Daniel "Danny" Mitchell (Kay); and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Hudson and Sandra Hudson Bell (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
