He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodosia M. Parker and Roy S. Parker; his wife Jennifer; his sister Cindra Clutter (James); and his sons, Douglas Parker (Pam) and Kristopher Parker (Ashley). He was also cherished by two grandchildren and several nephews and cousins.
