He is survived by: his parent Laura Mae Crockett Riggin; his wife Laura Eleanor Martens Riggin; his children, Robert Wayne Riggin, Jr. (Carmen) of Homestead, FL, Michael Thomas Riggin (Kelli) of Fruitland and Brandon John Riggin (Heather) of Salisbury; his grandchildren, Brittney Riggin, Christopher Robert Riggin and Anthony John Riggin; his siblings, Mary Etta Howard, Vincent Eugene Riggin (Bettie) of Cape Charles, VA, Francis Albert Riggin of Exmore, VA and Edward Riggin of Hebron; his sister-in-law Nancy Joseph (Philip) of Eden; his stepgrandsons, Zackery Davis of Fruitland and Aaron Davis of Fruitland; and also, Edward Martens (Ginny) of Laurel, John H. Martens, II of Eden and Charles J. Martens of Glendale, AZ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
