He is survived by: his parent Margaret Battista; his children, Eric Battista of Pittsburgh, PA and Julie Battista Cody (Matt); his grandchildren, Alexis Battista, Ashlie Battista, Dylan Cody and Eric Lear; his brothers, Samuel Battista, Peter Battista and Gerald Battista; and also Jamie Norton of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
