It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arlen Stoakley of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Laurel, Delaware, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmo Stoakley and Nora Stoakley; and his siblings, Emma Jones and Sonny Stoakley. He is survived by: his wife Bevereley Stoakley; his children, Rick Stoakley (Brittany), Dana Stoakley-Estrada and Dawn Stoakley (Steve Blum); his grandchildren, Dakota, Michaella, Bonnie, Dustin, Mackenzie Estrada and Paige Blum; and his siblings-in-law, Sammy Busick and Melba Ramsey.
