She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Robert Cline Markey and Mary Elizabeth Markey; and her brother Dr. Thomas Lloyd Markey. She is survived by: her husband Dr. H. Harry Basehart; her son Philip Markey Basehart; her daughter-in-law Sara Basehart; her grandchildren, Jenna, Flynn and Calder; her daughter Sarah Elizabeth Basehart; and her grandchildren, Amelia and Fynn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Asbury United Methodist Church (1401 Camden Ave, Salisbury, MD 21801). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
