She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Davis and Effie Davis; her husband Ernest Howard Smith; her daughters, Nancy E. Small and Linda Sue Shifflet; and her grandson Stephen Richard Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia J. Gross of Salisbury, MD; her grandchildren, Keith Small, Larry Small, Michael Gross and Heather Gross; and her great grandchildren, Evelyn Gross, Sadie Cockey, Aubrey Cockey, Ben Small and Neil Small.
