She is survived by: her children, Rene A. Niblett of Bivalve, Robert Dale Smallwood, Sr. of Pocomoke, David Michael Smallwood of Snow Hill and Edward L. Smallwood (Joan) of Pocomoke; her grandchildren, Bobby Smallwood (Caroline) and D. J. Tull; her great grandchildren, Savannah Wren Smallwood and Delton Dean; and her brother Harold M. Parsons, Jr. of Villa Nova, PA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
