He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie J. Johnson and Reta A. Johnson; and his brothers, James L. Johnson and Ronald Frank Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Susan McBriety Johnson; his sons, Mark Johnson (Andrea) and Kirk Johnson (Becky); and his grandchildren, Trevor (Kerigan), Devon, Kade, Rece and Alexandra. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
