With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Douglas Lightfoot of Salisbury, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lightfoot and Valerie Pinkett Lightfoot; and his siblings, Barbara Lightfoot, Carol Stanton and James Lightfoot (Jimmy).
He is survived by: his wife Donnetta Thomas-Lambert; his sons, Philip Douglas Jr. (Dannette) and Tyrese Lightfoot; his stepson Dontae Hawkes; his daughter Danielle Lightfoot; his grandchildren, Skyy, Alexis, Alayah, Zy'on and Skylar; his siblings, Eugenie Shields (Salisbury), April Pinder-Lightfoot (Princess Anne), Myra Ringgold, Keith Lightfoot (Lorraine), Christopher Lightfoot (Bonita), Valerie Lightfoot, Phyliss Lightfoot (Philadelphia) and Nina Wallace; and his aunts, Montrey Raynor and Roxie Evans.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Bennie Smith Life Celebration Center (901 W Isabella St, Salisbury, MD 21801).
