He was predeceased by: his parents, Iwan Skorobatsch and Elsa Skorobatsch; his grandson Ian Curtiss Taylor; his brothers, Leonhard and John Skorobatsch; and his pet Luke.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Spence Skorobatsch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
