He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Krieger and Anna Marie Dennin Krieger; and his siblings, Charles, Gerard Krieger and Mary Claire Reynolds.

He is survived by: his wife Joanna Bianca Krieger; his children, Steve Krieger (Kathryn) of Waldorf, MD and Sharon Leeland (Richard) of Monkton, MD.; and his grandchildren, Marissa, Gavin, Kendal Leeland and Sydnee Krieger.
