She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Smarr and Docia F. Smarr. She is survived by: her sister Virginia; her significant other Larry; her daughters, Rhonda Cooper of Salisbury, Nichole Parks (JR) of Delmar, DE, Ashley Parks of Salisbury and Cindy Wheatley (Freddie, Jr.) of Tangier; her grandchildren, Heather Dise (Denny), Jenny Dise (Dan), Anna Burt (Joe), Justin Niblett, Michaela Owens (Dylan), Taylor Webb, Mackenzie and Chase Parks; her sisters, Donna Parks of Tangier and Lisa Pusey of Salisbury; and her niece Trisha Wheatley. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
