We are sad to announce that on February 3, 2025, at the age of 99, Otis Lee Elliott of Salisbury, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Elliott and Emma Phillips Elliott; and his brothers, Granville James Elliott and Nelson Elijah Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Miriam Catlin Elliott; his sons, Stephen L. Elliott (Gabrielle) and Michael K. Elliott (Shirley); his grandchildren, Michael T. Elliott, Gregory M. Barch (Michele), Matthew S. Elliott and Laura Elliott Miriel (Victor); and his great grandchild Aidan Thomas Miriel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
