He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Dale Vroman and Judith Hall Horsey of Wilmington; his wife Barbara Corbett Horsey; his son Trey Horsey; his daughter-in-law Jamie Ober of Hatfield; his daughter Morgan Helfrich; his granddaughters, Finley and Rowan Helfrich of Ocean Pines; his sisters-in-law, Vicki Corbett, Lisa Justice and Cheryl Richardson; and his parents, Virgina Whayland and Oris Wheatley Horsey Sr..
In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted by Coastal Hospice and their angels of care, or the church.
