He was predeceased by: his parent David Stoltzfus; his siblings, Mast Stoltzfus (Anna), Edna Ebersole, Lois Petersheim, Esther Wilson and Rebecca Leatherman; his wife Geneva Ross Stoltzfus; and his sons, Omar Stoltzfus, Jr. and Lee Stoltzfus.
He is survived by: his parent Sadie Mast Stoltzfus; his children, Ruth Bates (William) of Snow Hill, Princess Anne of Snow Hill, Mary Jane Eby (Merle) of Snow Hill and David Stoltzfus of Snow Hill; his grandchildren, Brian Eby, Beth Hess, Elaine Kauffman, Katrina Pavelko and Joy Schnelli; and his daughter-in-law Jean Cann (Howard). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
