She is survived by: her husband Michael Joseph Flaherty; her children, Timothy O'Neill (Sharon) and Kathy Wiley (Don); her grandchildren, Rebecca, Matthew, Meghan and Rachel; and her sister Penny Kelly. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
