He is survived by: his wife Joanne Carroll Kreh Todd; his children, Nevins Todd III (Donna Parker), William Todd (Diana) and Cherianne Bender (Matt); and his grandchildren, Audrey Todd, Ava Todd, Emily Todd, Will Todd, Sydney Bender (Firas Abu Taleb) and Christian Bender.

His contributions to Salisbury were recognized by the naming of a street in his honor located near the hospital, Dr Nevins Todd Jr Way.

“Oh how I loved Dr. Todd, as did anyone who had the privilege of being ‘Scrubbed In’ with him! He taught me, and so many others, the love of doing Open Heart Surgery 5 days a week! He was not only a mentor, but a beloved friend and father figure to many. I will always be grateful and feel so very blessed to have known him. My love to Miss Joanne and his entire family!
