Mildred B. Palmer Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mildred B. Palmer of Salisbury, Maryland, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mildred left this world on January 10, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Baker and Lula Richardson Baker; her husband Harry Palmer; and her grandmothers, Laura Patey, Tammy Sue Phippin, Sherry Gray, Donna Littleton and Bonnie Seaton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Carmean (William) and Judy Lowe (Thomas); her grandchildren, Thomas Lowe Jr., Jennifer Carmean Finney (Gregg), Rebecca Carmean and Michael Lowe; her great grandchildren, Phillip (Wylie), Jo Ryman, Conner, Caitlin McLean and Palmer Lowe; and her sister-in-law Betty Palmer of Berlin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (112 High St, Salisbury, MD 21801). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
