We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2020, at the age of 35, Michelle Lee Bail Mullican of Salisbury, Maryland, born in Vineland, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her uncle Harold Powers; her grandparents, Helen, Harry Rohr, Vernon, Shirley Stewart and Harold White Powers; and her great-grandparents, Luther Chelton Evans and Rachel Jane Evans.
She is survived by: her parents, Clifford R. Bail of Princess Anne and Lonna Powers Rayfield (Robert) of Salisbury; her sons, Hugh Bryant of Salisbury and Jacob Michael Mullican of Salisbury; her siblings, Tori Powers-Marshall (Keith Marshall, Jr.) of Stockton and Alex Bail of Texas; and her aunt Tammy Powers Bradshaw (Adam) of Westover. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
