He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his father Forest E Crippen, Jr. (Chris) of Salisbury, MD; his siblings, VaShawn Price of Salisbury, MD, Michelle Crippen-Ayres (Norman) of Salisbury, MD, Ebony Crippen of Philadelphia, PA, TaKenya Crippen (Jarrell) of Pocomoke City, MD, TaKeshia Crippen (Terrance) of Philadelphia, PA, Forest Crippen III and Salisbury, MD; and his grandmother Annie Byrd of Pocomoke City, MD. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
