It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Tolbert (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Waynesboro, Georgia, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Irvin and Lizzie Julia Irvin; her sister Shirley Jones; and her grandmother Anne Bell Lockhart. She is survived by: her husband Richard Tolbert of Salisbury, Maryland; her children, Roy Tolbert (La'Sheila) of Waynesboro, Georgia and Lawanda Brown (Cophen) of Laurel, Delaware; her grandchildren, Tianca Tolbert, Tishauna Tolbert, Kim (Tolbert), Breonna Williams, Brandon Kellam, Jr., Cophen Brown III and Christian Brown; her great grandchildren, Taniyah Todman, Taneaja Tolbert, Euriah George, Jayleah Ward, Khalil Holden, Jonathan Gray and Taylor Sparrow; and her siblings, Annie Jo Houston (Willie) of Waynesboro, Jacqueline Jordan (Allen) of Waynesboro, Georgia, Clarence Jones of Miami, Mike Jones of Waynesboro Georgia, Ricky Jones (Patti) of Waynesboro and Steve Jones (Shelia) of Waynesboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
