She is survived by: her children, Qwaunisha Cruz (Danny) of Salisbury, MD and Russell Cruz of Milford, DE; her grandchildren, Zymere Cruz, Latayvea Cruz-Winder, La'Pleasure Gibson and Yah; her son Gibson; her goddaughter Takara Brittingham; her brothers, Bennie Cruz (Karen) of Florida, Ruben Cruz (Janet) and Jakeem of New York; her sister-in-law Janice Love of Dover, DE; her nieces and nephews, Leslee Love of Delaware, Takiyah Benson of Delaware, Shondia Taylor of Delaware, Shanese Ridgeway of Delaware, Fred Love Jr. (Minnesota), Derrick Love Sr. (New York), David Bell (Florida) and Jamal Cruz (Florida); and her close friend Calvin Flagg. She is also survived by great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
