She was predeceased by: her brother Frederick D. Biehusen. She is survived by: her husband Charles Podmostko; and her sisters, Barbara Harris of Pennsylvania, Margaret Apple of Pennsylvania and Kate Tomlinson of California.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holloway Funeral Home (501 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Mary's contributions to academia were further cemented through her role as a published author, where her written words continued to inspire and educate long after her lectures ended.
