She was predeceased by: her parents, John Weigant and Hazel Weigant; and her husband Brady Llewellyn Shafer. She is survived by: her children, Calvin Shafer of Salisbury, Jeanette Hazel (Morgan) of Hebron, Sarah Burton (Buck) of Salisbury, Philip Shafer (Julie) of Raleigh, NC and Barbara Crismond (Danny) of Pocomoke City; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Courtney, Jessica, Natalie, Meredith, Gwyneth, Alyssa, Carys, Austin, Clayton, Elizabeth, Rachel and Bethany. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
