She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Floyd Shipman and Bertha Gladys Apple Shipman; her former husband Hoel F. Fowler; her husband William F. Clark, Sr.; her stepson William "Buster" Clark, Jr.; and her siblings, Vernon Shipman (Mariel), Alva Shipman (Ethel), Jim Shipman (Virginia), Marvin Shipman (Virginia), Sidney Shipman (Violoa), Dorothy Shipman Elton (Harold), Ruth Shipman Schoonover (Modie), Phyllis Shipman Mock (Harvey) and Betty Shipman Hazlett (Don).
She is survived by: her son George S. Fowler (Kathie) of Salisbury; her grandsons, Gerald "Tony" A. Streeks (Rachel) and RJ Howatt, III; her great grandchildren, Beau Streeks, Scarlett Streeks and Olivia Streeks; her stepchildren, Frank Clark, Patty Cain (Ronnie) and Abbie Evans; and her siblings, Don Shipman, Phil Shipman, Freda Shipman Harmon Morgan and June Grove Shipman Ballentine.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Immanuel Baptist Church and or Bay Shore Community Church.
