She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Rathgeber Sr. and Jessie Rathgeber; and her brother Carl Rathgeber Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Donald Culver; her sons, Scott Culver (Patty) of Eden, MD and Eric Culver (Becky) of Salisbury, MD; her grandchildren, Joshua Culver, Megan Culver and Samantha Culver; and her great grandchildren, Gabi Culver, Jacob Culver and Bailey Mae Elrod.
