She was predeceased by: her parents, O'Ferall Thornton and Fanny Thornton (Dutton); the father of her children Randolph Holland, Jr.; her husband Calvin Allen Shockley; her son Ricky Holland; and her siblings, Lawrence Thornton, William Thornton, Vernon Thornton, Francis Thornton and Annabelle Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Trojan and Randy Holland; her grandchildren, Lori Downs, Shawn Trojan, Randy Holland II and Natalie Holland; her great grandchildren, Kyle Downs, Kara Downs, Randy Holland III, Alana Davis and Emma Davis; and her brother Alvin Thornton.
