She was predeceased by: her parents, George Taylor and Erma Taylor; her husband Francis Perdue; and her daughter Gloria Perdue Wilson. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Travers (Richard); her grandchildren, Shannon Thomas (Mark), Ethan Wilson (Brian Haas) and Bethany Banks (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Noah and Carter Thomas.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Gideons International, Salisbury Baptist Temple, or Autism Speaks Organization in honor of her great grandson Noah.
