He is survived by: his wife Sally Butler Simmons; his daughters, Lisa Simmons (Mary Ann), Kathy Lingo (Jay) and Kim Willoughby (Rex); his grandchildren, Jordan Lingo (Lexi), Connor Lingo (Rachel) and Sara Lingo Koehler (Kieran); and his siblings, Raymond Simmons and Janice Williams.
