She is survived by: her mother Florence M. Wharton; her children, Garrick L. Wharton, Sr. of Salisbury, Rashawn K. Wharton (Carolyn) of Girdletree and Kenya P. Wharton of Fruitland, Maryland; her granddaughter Victoria M. Yanez; and her siblings, Earl Wharton (Cathy) and Beatrice Wharton of Snow Hill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and close friends.
