She is survived by: her husband Martin Thomas Mitchell; her stepchildren, David Kyle Mitchell (Cynthia) of Laurel, DE and Karla Ann Morgan (Thomas) of Selbyville, DE; her stepgrandsons, Jacob Thomas Mitchell of Laurel, DE and Andrew James Mitchell of Laurel, DE; her sisters, Betsy Williams Illick (Monty) of Gettysburg, PA and Sarah Irene Williams Milligan (Wayne) of Green Street, PA; and her niece Shelia Lankford of Princess Anne, MD..
